  • 8 ounces lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef, onion, and garlic. Cook until browned.
  3. Stir in crushed tomatoes, broth, and Italian seasoning.
