Ingredients

  • 4 cups chicken broth

  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat a little oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Add onion and garlic. Sauté until the onion is translucent.
  4. Stir in the bell peppers and cook for a few minutes.
  5. Add rice, chicken broth, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  6. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  7. Reduce heat to low, cover the pot, and let it simmer for about 20 minutes.
  8. Fluff the rice with a fork and serve hot.
