Ingredients

Instructions

  6. Slowly add a bit of the hot rice mixture to the egg mixture, whisking constantly.
  7. Pour the egg mixture back into the pot and stir well.
  8. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring often, until thickened.
  9. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  10. Serve warm or chilled, garnished with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
