Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread the mixed nuts evenly in the tart shell.
- In a saucepan, combine sugar and butter over medium heat. Stir until melted.
- Slowly add heavy cream, stirring continuously until smooth.
- Add vanilla extract and salt, mixing well.
- Pour the caramel mixture over the nuts in the tart shell.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the caramel is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before serving.
