- 1/2 cup milk

Instructions
- In a saucepan, melt the butter, sugar, cocoa powder, and milk over medium heat.
- Stir until the mixture is smooth and starts to boil.
- Remove from heat and add vanilla extract, pecans, coconut, and oats.
- Mix everything well until combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto wax paper.
- Let the cookies cool at room temperature until set.
