Description
A simple and delicious multi cheese grilled cheese sandwich that melts in your mouth.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 slice of cheddar cheese
- 1 slice of mozzarella cheese
- 1 slice of gouda cheese
Instructions
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in a hot skillet.
- Add the cheddar, mozzarella, and gouda cheese on top.
- Cover with the second slice of bread, butter side up.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown, then flip carefully.
- Cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet and let it cool for a minute before slicing.
Notes
- Use any bread you like, such as sourdough or whole grain.
- Experiment with different cheese combinations.
- Keep the heat medium to avoid burning the bread.
