Instructions

- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
- Fold in the fruit gently.
- Pour the batter into mini muffin tins.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before removing from the tin.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.

- Use fresh or frozen fruit based on your preference.
- Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick in the center; it should come out clean.
