- 1 package of pre-made pie crusts
- 3 medium apples, peeled and diced

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pie crusts and cut them into small circles to fit your muffin tin.
- In a bowl, mix diced apples, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
- Place the pie crust circles into the muffin tin.
- Fill each crust with the apple mixture.
- Drizzle melted butter on top of the apples.
- Brush the edges of the crusts with the beaten egg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
- Let them cool before serving.
