A simple recipe for minced crocodile sausage rolls that anyone can make.
Ingredients

- 500g minced crocodile meat
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 packet puff pastry
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, mix minced crocodile meat, onion, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Cut the pastry into rectangles, about 10cm x 15cm.
- Spoon the meat mixture onto one half of each pastry rectangle.
- Fold the pastry over to cover the filling and seal the edges with a fork.
- Place the sausage rolls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

- Ensure the meat mixture is well combined for even flavor.
- Do not overfill the pastry to prevent bursting.
- Keep the pastry cold until ready to use for best results.
