Description

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1 packet puff pastry
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix minced crocodile meat, onion, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
  4. Cut the pastry into rectangles, about 10cm x 15cm.
  5. Spoon the meat mixture onto one half of each pastry rectangle.
  6. Fold the pastry over to cover the filling and seal the edges with a fork.
  7. Place the sausage rolls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  8. Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
  9. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Let cool slightly before serving.
