- 2 cups tapioca flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 1 cup minced beef
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a pot, combine milk, vegetable oil, and salt. Bring to a gentle boil.
- Remove from heat and add tapioca flour. Stir until well mixed.
- Add the egg and cheese. Mix until combined.
- In a separate pan, cook the minced beef until browned. Season to taste.
- Let the dough cool slightly, then form small balls.
- Make a small indentation in each ball and fill with minced beef.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Don’t overcook the beef to keep it juicy.
- Ensure the dough is not too hot when adding the egg.
- Use a non-stick baking sheet for easier removal.
