- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, ketchup, eggs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Grease a muffin tin with non-stick spray.
- Divide the mixture evenly into the muffin tin, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Let them cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin.
- Serve warm, optionally with extra ketchup on top.
Notes
- Make sure not to overmix the meat mixture to keep the muffins tender.
- You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
- Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or carrots for extra flavor.
