Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, oats, onion, bell pepper, and garlic.
  3. Add egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and thyme. Mix well.
  4. Grease a muffin tin or line it with paper liners.
  5. Scoop the meat mixture into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
  7. Let them cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin.
  8. Serve warm or store in the fridge for later.
