- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Mix everything together until combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until browned.
- While the meatballs bake, heat the marinara sauce in a saucepan.
- Once the meatballs are done, add them to the sauce and let them simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve with spaghetti or on a sub roll.
Notes
- Use lean ground beef for healthier meatballs.
- Don’t overmix the meat mixture to keep meatballs tender.
