Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix everything until just combined. Don’t overmix.
  4. Form small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until browned.
  7. While meatballs bake, heat marinara sauce in a saucepan.
  8. Add baked meatballs to the sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
  9. Serve warm with pasta or on a sub roll.
