- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 egg

- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Mix everything together until well combined. Use your hands for best results.
- Form the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- While the meatballs are baking, heat marinara sauce in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add the cooked meatballs to the sauce and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
- Serve the meatballs over pasta or in a sub roll with extra sauce.
Notes
- Make sure not to overmix the meat mixture to keep meatballs tender.
- Use a cookie scoop for even-sized meatballs.
- If you prefer, you can use ground turkey or chicken instead of beef.
