- 1/2 cup sliced deli meat (ham, turkey, or roast beef)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (parsley or chives)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- Spread a thin layer of the cheese mixture over the tortilla.
- Place slices of deli meat evenly on top of the cheese mixture.
- Sprinkle chopped herbs over the meat.
- Starting from one end, roll the tortilla tightly into a log shape.
- Wrap the rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, remove from the refrigerator and slice into pinwheels.
- Arrange on a serving platter and enjoy!
