Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add diced vegetables and cook for 5 minutes until soft.
  3. Add cooked chicken or tofu to the pan.
  4. Stir in cooked rice and mix well.
  5. Add soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Serve hot on a plate.
