- 2 cups of cooked rice
- 1 cup of diced vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers)
- 1 cup of cooked chicken or tofu
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add diced vegetables and cook for 5 minutes until soft.
- Add cooked chicken or tofu to the pan.
- Stir in cooked rice and mix well.
- Add soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot on a plate.

- Use any leftover vegetables you have.
- Cook rice ahead of time to save time.
- Adjust soy sauce to taste for more or less saltiness.
