Ingredients

Instructions

  2. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  3. Once boiling, reduce the heat and simmer for about 15 minutes, or until it reaches a soft-ball stage.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla extract until fully combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 8-inch square baking dish.
  6. Let it cool at room temperature for about 2 hours.
  7. Once set, cut into squares and serve.
