A refreshing mango tango sorbet recipe that’s easy to make and perfect for hot days.
Ingredients

- 4 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine sugar and water. Heat until sugar dissolves, then cool.
- Blend mangoes and lime juice until smooth.
- Mix mango puree with the cooled sugar water.
- Pour mixture into a shallow container and freeze for 4 hours.
- Every hour, stir the mixture with a fork to break up ice crystals.
- Once fully frozen, scoop and serve your sorbet.
Notes
- Choose ripe mangoes for best flavor.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sugar.
- Use a food processor for smoother texture.
