- 1 cup of chopped vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
- 1 cup of marinara sauce
- Salt to taste

- Grated cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot.
- Add pasta to boiling water and cook according to package instructions.
- While pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chopped vegetables to the pan and sauté for 5-7 minutes until tender.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with the vegetables.
- Pour marinara sauce over pasta and vegetables.
- Stir to combine and heat through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, topped with grated cheese if desired.
Notes
- Don’t overcook the pasta; it should be al dente.
- Feel free to use any vegetables you like.
- Make sure to drain the pasta well before adding to the pan.
