Ingredients

- 2 ribeye steaks (1 inch thick)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
Instructions
- Take the steaks out of the fridge and let them sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Rub olive oil on both sides of the steaks.
- Season each steak with salt and black pepper.
- Add minced garlic and chopped rosemary to the steaks.
- Place the steaks on the grill or skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness (130°F for medium-rare).
- Let the steaks rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- Make sure to preheat the grill or skillet for a good sear.
- Do not flip the steaks too often; let them cook undisturbed.
