Ingredients

  • 2 ribeye steaks (1 inch thick)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons salt

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Take the steaks out of the fridge and let them sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Rub olive oil on both sides of the steaks.
  4. Season each steak with salt and black pepper.
  5. Add minced garlic and chopped rosemary to the steaks.
