Description

A delightful lobster grilled cheese sandwich that combines rich lobster meat with gooey cheese, all grilled to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices of sourdough bread
  • 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the chopped lobster meat with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. On the unbuttered side of one slice, layer the cheddar cheese, lobster mixture, and mozzarella cheese.
  4. Top with the other slice of bread, buttered side up.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the sandwich in the skillet.
  6. Cook for about 4-5 minutes until the bottom is golden brown.
  7. Flip the sandwich carefully and cook the other side for another 4-5 minutes until golden and the cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from the skillet and let it cool for a minute before slicing.
