- 4 cups frozen hash browns
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 cup bacon bits
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, frozen hash browns, ranch dressing, sour cream, and half the cheese.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- Top with remaining cheese, bacon bits, and green onions.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

- Ensure the chicken is fully cooked before shredding.
- You can use fresh potatoes, but they will need to be cooked first.
