  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced

Instructions

  1. Cook the lo mein noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the garlic and ginger. Stir for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until tender.
  5. Add the cooked noodles to the pan.
  6. Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together until well coated.
  7. Add the green onions and stir for another minute.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy your lo mein!
