- 8 ounces lo mein noodles
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
Instructions
- Cook the lo mein noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and ginger. Stir for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until tender.
- Add the cooked noodles to the pan.
- Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together until well coated.
- Add the green onions and stir for another minute.
- Serve hot and enjoy your lo mein!
Notes
- Don’t overcook the noodles; they should be al dente.
- You can add protein like chicken or shrimp if desired.
- Feel free to use any vegetables you like.
