Instructions
- Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions.
- Drain the noodles and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add bell peppers, carrots, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and stir for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Mix in cooked lo mein noodles.
- Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
