- 1 box lemon cake mix
- 1 can lemon pie filling
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Spread the lemon pie filling evenly in the bottom of the dish.
- In a bowl, mix the lemon cake mix with water until just combined.
- Pour the cake mix over the lemon pie filling.
- Drizzle the melted butter on top of the cake mix.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice for a glaze and drizzle on top if desired.
