- 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
- 1 cup broccoli, chopped
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded turkey, broccoli, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooked rice and mix well until everything is combined.
- In a baking dish, drizzle olive oil to coat the bottom.
- Pour the turkey mixture into the baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until heated through and slightly golden on top.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Ensure the turkey is fully cooked before using.
- You can substitute broccoli with any preferred vegetable.
