Ingredients

- 2 cups of pasta
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup of spinach
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot. Add salt and pasta. Cook according to package instructions.
- While pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add cherry tomatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes until they begin to soften.
- Add spinach to the pan and stir until wilted.
- Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the pan. Toss everything together.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, topped with Parmesan cheese.
Notes
- Don’t overcook the pasta; it should be al dente.
- Feel free to add any other vegetables you have on hand.
- For extra flavor, add some herbs like basil or oregano.
