Ingredients

- 1 cup of pasta
- 2 cups of water
- 1 cup of diced vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers)
- 1 cup of cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup of cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil water in a medium pot.
- Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
- Drain the pasta and set aside.
- In the same pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add diced vegetables and sauté for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Stir in the cooked chicken and pasta.
- Add cheese and mix until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve warm on plates.
Notes
- Use any vegetables your kids like.
- Feel free to substitute chicken with turkey or tofu.
- For a creamier dish, add a splash of milk.
