Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cups milk or almond milk
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup berries (strawberries or blueberries)
- 1/4 cup yogurt (optional)
Instructions
- In a pot, combine oats and milk.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low.
- Stir in honey and cinnamon.
- Add sliced banana and cook for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool for a minute.
- Serve in bowls and top with berries and yogurt.
Notes
- Use any fruit your kids like.
- For creamier oatmeal, add more milk.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
