Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add onion and garlic. Cook until onions are soft.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, black beans, corn, rice, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Sprinkle cheese on top. Cover and let it melt for 3-5 minutes.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
