- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 1 bell pepper, cut into squares
- 1 onion, cut into squares
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken cubes to the bowl and coat them well with the mixture.
- Thread the chicken, bell pepper, and onion onto skewers, alternating them.
- Place the skewers on the grill.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes.
- Serve hot with your choice of sides.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- Use any vegetables you like, such as zucchini or cherry tomatoes.
