Instructions
- In a bowl, mix glutinous rice flour and sugar.
- Add water gradually and stir until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a steaming dish.
- Steam for 20 minutes until firm.
- Allow it to cool for a few minutes.
- Dust your hands with cornstarch.
- Divide the dough into small pieces.
- Flatten each piece and place a small amount of red bean paste in the center.
- Wrap the dough around the paste and shape into a ball.
- Serve and enjoy your dessert!

- Use a steamer or a pot with a lid for steaming.
- Check the consistency of the dough; it should not be too runny.
