- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup diced jalapenos
- 1/4 cup diced green onions
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar, and sour cream.
- Add diced jalapenos, green onions, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Mix everything until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
- Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
Notes
- For extra heat, use more jalapenos.
- Mix in some cooked bacon for added flavor.
