Description
A tasty twist on classic deviled eggs with jalapenos for a spicy kick.
Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
- 2 jalapenos, seeded and finely chopped
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped chives for garnish
Instructions
- Boil the eggs for about 10-12 minutes. Let them cool.
- Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Mash the yolks with mayonnaise and cream cheese until smooth.
- Add jalapenos, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
- Garnish with chopped chives.
- Serve chilled.
Notes
- Make sure to cool the eggs completely before peeling.
- Adjust the amount of jalapenos based on your spice preference.
- Try adding bacon bits for extra flavor.
