Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
  • 2 jalapenos, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped chives for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs for about 10-12 minutes. Let them cool.
  2. Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
  3. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  4. Mash the yolks with mayonnaise and cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add jalapenos, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  6. Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
  7. Garnish with chopped chives.
  8. Serve chilled.
