Description
A delicious grilled cheese sandwich with a spicy twist from jalapenos and crispy bacon.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 2 slices of cheese (your choice)
- 2 slices of cooked bacon
- 1 jalapeno, sliced
- 1 tablespoon of butter
Instructions
- Cook the bacon until crispy and set aside.
- Slice the jalapeno. Remove seeds for less heat, if desired.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- On the unbuttered side of one slice, layer cheese, bacon, and jalapenos.
- Top with another slice of cheese and the second slice of bread, buttered side up.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Place the sandwich in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip the sandwich and cook the other side until golden and the cheese melts, about another 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from heat, slice, and serve warm.

- Use your favorite type of cheese for different flavors.
- Adjust the amount of jalapenos based on your spice preference.
- Keep the heat moderate to avoid burning the bread.
