- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Wash and scrub the baby potatoes.
- Place the potatoes in the Instant Pot.
- Add the ranch seasoning and olive oil to the potatoes.
- Pour the chicken broth over the potatoes.
- Seal the lid and set the Instant Pot to pressure cook on high for 10 minutes.
- Once done, allow the pressure to release naturally for 5 minutes, then quick release the remaining pressure.
- Open the lid and stir gently to coat the potatoes with the ranch seasoning.
- Serve warm.
