Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Mix until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set.
  9. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
