Ingredients

- 4 chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, and ginger.
- Place the chicken thighs in the crock pot.
- Pour the honey garlic mixture over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours.
- Check that the chicken is cooked through and tender before serving.
- Serve hot with rice or vegetables.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on your crock pot model.
- For thicker sauce, remove the chicken and simmer the sauce on the stove for a few minutes.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
