Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the milk and stir until heated through.
- Gradually add the shredded cheese, stirring continuously until melted.
- Add the diced green chilies, garlic powder, and cumin. Stir well.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the dip is smooth and creamy.
- Remove from heat and serve warm with tortilla chips.
