Ingredients

  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • 1/2 cup of grated cheese
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add cherry tomatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
  5. Add spinach and cooked pasta to the skillet. Stir to combine.
  6. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy your homemade supper!
