Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until well combined.
  3. Add cheese, bell peppers, onions, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until the edges start to set.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15 minutes until the center is firm.
