Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until well combined.
- Add cheese, bell peppers, onions, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until the edges start to set.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15 minutes until the center is firm.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Cut into slices and serve warm.
