- 2 cups water or milk
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup nuts or seeds (optional)
Instructions
- In a pot, bring water or milk to a boil.
- Add rolled oats and reduce heat to low.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add banana, honey, and cinnamon. Stir well.
- Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let it sit for a minute.
- Serve in a bowl and top with nuts or seeds if desired.

- For creamier oats, use milk instead of water.
