  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breast at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add the chopped vegetables on top of the chicken.
  3. Pour the diced tomatoes and chicken broth over the vegetables.
  4. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper over the mixture.
  5. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and mix everything together.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy your meal.
