Ingredients

  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the brown rice according to package instructions.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add diced chicken to the pan, season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cook chicken until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
  5. In the last few minutes, add broccoli to the pan and cover to steam.
  6. Once chicken and broccoli are done, remove from heat.
  7. In a bowl, layer brown rice, chicken, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, and avocado.
