Ingredients

- 1 whole wheat tortilla
- 1 cup cooked lean ground turkey
- 1/2 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/4 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 avocado, sliced
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the lean ground turkey in a skillet until fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes.
- Warm the whole wheat tortilla in a pan for 1-2 minutes.
- Spread Greek yogurt and mustard on the tortilla.
- Add cooked turkey, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, and avocado on top.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Wrap the tortilla tightly around the filling.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.
