Ingredients

- 1 large whole wheat tortilla
- 1 lean ground turkey patty
- 1 slice of low-fat cheese
- 1/4 cup lettuce, chopped
- 1/4 cup tomatoes, diced
- 2 tablespoons of mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the turkey patty in a skillet over medium heat for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- While the patty cooks, prepare your tortilla on a flat surface.
- Spread mustard evenly on the tortilla.
- Place the cooked turkey patty on the tortilla.
- Add the slice of cheese on top of the patty.
- Layer the lettuce and tomatoes over the cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Wrap the tortilla tightly around the fillings.
- Cut the wrap in half and serve immediately.

- Use a leaner meat for a healthier option.
- Feel free to add other veggies like cucumbers or bell peppers.
