- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup sunflower seed butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the rolled oats and salt.
- Add the sunflower seed butter, honey, and vanilla. Stir until combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and pumpkin seeds.
- Press the mixture into a lined baking dish.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Cut into squares and serve.
