  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion softens.
  3. Add the carrots, potatoes, diced tomatoes, and beef broth. Stir well.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to low.
  5. Add Worcestershire sauce, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  6. Cover and let simmer for about 30 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  7. Add the frozen peas and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy your soup.
