Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup green beans, cut into pieces
- 2 potatoes, diced
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in the onion, carrots, celery, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are soft.
- Add the diced tomatoes, beef broth, green beans, potatoes, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot and enjoy your meal!

- For more flavor, use homemade beef broth.
