Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in the onion, carrots, celery, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are soft.
  4. Add the diced tomatoes, beef broth, green beans, potatoes, and Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
